Category Manager for Services (80-100%)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Category Manager to lead sourcing, procurement and management of Legal, HR and Finance‑related services, ensuring cost optimisation, quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategies using the CIPS process and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Negotiate and renew contracts, price lists, terms and conditions with key suppliers.
• Identify, assess and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
• Develop and execute cost‑out initiatives and ensure compliance with SCM standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in indirect categories such as legal, consulting, HR or financial services.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching or mentoring.
