About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix Geneva ensures that every guest space reflects the brand’s Gold Standards of luxury and service. Working full‑time on‑site, you will create memorable experiences through meticulous housekeeping and attentive guest support.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to the highest quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock carts, replenish supplies, and ensure all housekeeping equipment is ready for use.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
