Event & Marketing Internship – Geneva

About the role

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a proactive and self‑motivated intern to support its events and marketing activities in Geneva. This operational role offers exposure to a variety of tasks across event organisation, visual merchandising, media planning and budget tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing client events, boutique activations and factory visits.
• Coordinate external suppliers and manage logistics for boutique events.
• Create event marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations, invitations, agendas and post‑event reports.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and ensure animations are implemented in boutiques and points of sale.
• Help produce assets for media‑plan bookings.
• Track marketing spend, process invoices and liaise with the accounting team.
• Maintain the daily marketing plan document and perform other administrative duties.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or about to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to obtain an internship agreement from your educational institution.
• Curious, proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities, client‑centric mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
