About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the EMEA President in Geneva. This full‑time, permanent hybrid position combines strategic executive support with day‑to‑day office management, ensuring the President and the regional office operate at peak efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise the President’s complex calendar, prioritising business demands and resolving conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate global travel, handling transport, accommodation, visas and liaison with embassies.
- Prepare meeting logistics, reports and polished presentations for leadership sessions.
- Manage daily office operations, vendor relationships, supplies and workspace organisation.
- Process travel expenses in line with policy and provide ad‑hoc personal and administrative assistance.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing high‑volume executive calendars and international travel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with discretion and professional poise.
- Self‑starter who anticipates needs and solves logistical challenges proactively.
- Meticulous attention to detail while balancing executive and office duties.
- Legal right to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship).
