Executive Search & Leadership Advisory Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Research Intern to join our global research team in Zurich, supporting clients in identifying, assessing and recruiting top leadership talent. The role involves knowledge management and assisting consultants throughout the search process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct background research and create industry mappings to provide market and client insights.
• Produce comprehensive reports and presentations detailing target companies, market sources and candidate options.
• Utilise online and proprietary databases to identify high‑quality candidates.
• Support consultants with data for surveys, white papers and other intellectual property.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised institution.
• First experience in a business environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all organisational levels.
• Excellent writing ability and capacity to produce concise client documentation.
• Highly organised with solid time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is desirable.
