About the role
You will be the welcoming face of the location, acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors and partners while ensuring smooth behind‑the‑scenes operations. The role blends hospitality with facility coordination to create a hotel‑style workplace experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and partners, making them feel at home.
- Serve as the primary contact for colleagues, handling questions, requests and minor fixes.
- Maintain a clean, service‑oriented environment following hotel‑style standards.
- Coordinate facility requests, from routine maintenance to ad‑hoc issues.
- Manage suppliers (cleaning, catering, maintenance) and monitor service quality.
- Prepare and manage meeting rooms and inventory for internal events.
- Identify and implement process improvements proactively.
Required profile
- Presentable, energetic and service‑oriented with a hospitality mindset.
- Able to switch between hospitality duties and facility coordination.
- Structured work style with strong oversight and supplier management skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a facility, reception or hospitality role.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
