Finance Manager / Accountant

About the role

Future Kitchens is scaling a network of virtual food brands across Switzerland. As Finance Manager / Accountant you will own the entire finance function, ensuring accurate books, timely partner payouts and building automated accounting products that power our restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for Future Kitchens AG, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month‑end close and Swiss OR‑compliant VAT filings.
• Prepare weekly payouts for 55+ partner restaurants, reconciling platform revenue from Just Eat, Uber Eats and Wolt and applying commercial terms.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for management, the board and investors.
• Design and maintain real‑time financial dashboards covering revenue, margins, payouts and store performance.
• Develop a fully automated accounting service for partners, delivering payout reconciliation and revenue reporting as a product.
• Run monthly payroll for internal staff, handling salaries, social insurances (AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG), accident insurance and tax withholdings.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or finance education (Fachausweis Finanz‑ und Rechnungswesen or equivalent).
• 3+ years of hands‑on accounting experience in Switzerland, preferably in high‑transaction environments such as gastronomy or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (OR), VAT and payroll regulations.
• Systems‑mindset with a focus on automation and workflow efficiency.
• Fluent German and professional English.
