Finance Performance & Strategy Project Manager

About the role

Join the Audi Revolut F1® Team as a Finance Performance & Strategy Project Manager. Based in Hinwil, Switzerland, you will help shape a high‑performance finance organisation and drive its digital transformation as the team prepares for its debut in Formula 1.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of a strong, performance‑oriented finance organisation.
• Define and execute a comprehensive digitisation strategy, moving finance toward a data‑driven model.
• Lead the integration of SAP S/4HANA within finance and act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement finance‑related IT tools such as reporting and dashboard solutions, aligning with stakeholder needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and pilot digital solutions—including AI—to increase efficiency.
• Help define finance strategy, work packages and milestones aligned with team goals.
• Conduct in‑depth interdisciplinary analyses, produce board‑ready recommendations and impact assessments.
• Prepare regular board meeting materials, reports and documents.
• Support senior management on ad‑hoc topics and lead cross‑departmental projects to improve finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, business informatics or a related field.
• Strong professional experience implementing finance and FP&A IT tools (e.g., reporting, dashboards).
