Structured Products Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Sales Support professional to manage structured products transactions on our ELUS platform. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth trade execution and settlement in a fast‑growing wealth‑management software environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions, from pricing and execution to post‑trade settlement and brokerage coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients, providing first‑line support on trade‑related and technical matters.
• Process client requests for primary and secondary market activities, maintaining strong relationships and accurate order handling.
• Assist the sales team by following up with clients, reviewing term sheets, and coordinating communication with issuers and custodian banks.
• Compile and analyse trade execution data, monitor market developments, and prepare weekly investment summaries for clients.
• Research and resolve queries from external vendors, own incident handling, and deliver technical troubleshooting.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues, propose solutions, and contribute feedback to improve product performance and user experience.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Analytical ability to monitor markets, interpret data, and identify opportunities.
• Proactive problem‑solver capable of managing incidents from start to resolution.
