Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at DeepJudge you will own the end‑to‑end technical implementation of our AI‑driven search platform for leading law firms. You will work directly with customers to deploy, integrate and optimise the solution across cloud‑native and on‑premise environments, ensuring a smooth adoption and production rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and roll out DeepJudge in diverse customer infrastructures, from cloud platforms to on‑premise data centres.
• Integrate the platform with enterprise systems such as document management tools, identity providers and data sources.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment, networking, authentication and application‑level issues.
• Develop automation, tooling, documentation and playbooks to accelerate future deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and SRE teams to feed customer feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, solutions engineering or a related technical role.
• Proven track record deploying enterprise software in production environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Enjoy working directly with enterprise customers and guiding implementations from kickoff to production.
