Founder Associate – Business Operations & Automation

About the role

Join Sartiq, an AI‑powered content creation platform for fashion brands, as a Founder Associate. You will work side‑by‑side with the Founder & CEO, participating in real decisions that drive revenue, investor relations, and client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Revenue automation: operate, extend, and build new AI agents for quoting, invoicing, follow‑ups, reconciliation and pipeline tracking.
• Decision memos: transform raw ideas into rigorous internal proposals, map second‑order consequences, and present structured memos after client and stakeholder validation.
• Executive assistance: manage the CEO’s diary, radar, and communications to ensure timely participation in critical meetings.
• Special projects & sourcing: conduct vendor research, obtain quotes, screen early‑stage hires, and handle cold‑calls to gather decision‑ready information.

Required profile

• Founder DNA – eager to learn by doing and comfortable with fast‑paced decision making.
• Strong automation mindset with a mental model that treats tasks as agents.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple high‑impact projects.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients, investors, and vendors.
