French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via inbound calls, live chat and email, and ensuring every interaction is timely, effective and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools (a plus).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems (a plus).
• Reliable computer (minimum i5 processor) and internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
