Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Our client is an early‑stage startup in Geneva that is scaling its product and technical environment. They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset to support the next growth phase. The role blends full‑stack development, technical leadership, cloud and DevOps responsibilities, architecture, product vision, and team support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a small team using .NET and Angular.
• Own key technical decisions from architecture to production deployment.
• Contribute across the full product lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Improve scalability, performance, code quality, and maintainability.
• Participate in cloud and DevOps evolution projects.
• Support and mentor the technical team.
• Help shape the long‑term technical vision and product evolution.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack development with .NET and Angular.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Good understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
• Previous experience in startups or small agile structures is a plus.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
