About the role

UBS is seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join its Swiss Mid‑Market team in Zürich. You will work on high‑profile mandates, supporting origination, execution and client‑facing activities across M&A, debt and equity transactions.

Key responsibilities

Work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high‑profile mandates.
Support process coordination and interaction with various stakeholders.
Prepare marketing materials and conduct financial analyses.
Contribute to financial modelling and valuation exercises.
Conduct market and company research.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A.
Strong analytical and innovative thinking.
Motivation to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent academic record and strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus.

Required skills

In‑depth financial analysis skills.
Solid corporate finance knowledge, including accounting and valuation techniques.
