About the role
UBS is seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join its Swiss Mid‑Market team in Zürich. You will work on high‑profile mandates, supporting origination, execution and client‑facing activities across M&A, debt and equity transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high‑profile mandates.
- Support process coordination and interaction with various stakeholders.
- Prepare marketing materials and conduct financial analyses.
- Contribute to financial modelling and valuation exercises.
- Conduct market and company research.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A.
- Strong analytical and innovative thinking.
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent academic record and strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus.
Required skills
- In‑depth financial analysis skills.
- Solid corporate finance knowledge, including accounting and valuation techniques.
