Global Brand Manager – Pharma & Dermo‑Cosmetics

About the role

As a Global Brand Manager within the International Marketing department, you will shape and execute the marketing strategy for our pharmaceutical, food supplement, and dermo‑cosmetic product portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will drive product development, launch campaigns, and performance monitoring across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design new products in the food supplement and dermo‑cosmetic categories, defining positioning, pricing, and target consumer profiles.
• Coordinate formulators, contract manufacturers, and production units, managing development schedules and product‑related studies.
• Create packaging materials, oversee print approvals, and manage marketing project budgets.
• Develop 360° omnichannel activation campaigns, co‑creating visual concepts, strategic guides, and marketing tools with local country teams.
• Support local teams in campaign implementation and monitor campaign performance.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, track product performance, and analyse market needs across territories.

Required profile

• Scientific background with a Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a product manager in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food‑supplement sector.
• Strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of cosmetics and food supplements.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, rigorous organization, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
