Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly outsourced to a worldwide network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations. The role operates in a strictly regulated GxP/GMP environment and serves as the central link between internal supply‑chain functions, procurement, and external manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee clinical packaging production outsourced to global CMOs.
• Drive end‑to‑end CMO project onboarding, RFPs, SOW contracting, budgeting and SAP order processing.
• Represent the function in S&OP meetings and ensure delivery meets cost, quality and timeline targets.
• Partner with Procurement to negotiate supply agreements and select vendors.
• Support leadership in defining supply strategies for non‑standard clinical supply chains.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in clinical supply‑chain and CMO management.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑regional CMO networks.
• Strong understanding of GxP/GMP regulations.
• Flexibility to work US time zones (10 AM‑7 PM CET).
• Ability to work 80‑100 % workload, mostly office‑based with occasional remote days.
