Global Head of Brand Events

About the role

As the Global Head of Brand Events, you will lead On’s worldwide event ecosystem, turning the brand’s mission into memorable experiences for runners and fans. You will shape the strategic vision, create immersive formats, and build the tools and partnerships needed to scale activations across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy for brand activations and events, aligning with campaigns and go‑to‑market plans.
• Design immersive physical, digital and hybrid event formats that reinforce the brand narrative.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with external organisations to maximise event impact.
• Implement technology solutions and frameworks that enable scalable, data‑driven event execution.
• Establish global brand standards and ensure consistent delivery across all markets.
• Analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and share learnings.
• Support regional teams with guidelines, tools and communication frameworks for pre‑, during‑ and post‑event moments.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing global team of brand‑activation experts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience leading global brand events or activations, preferably within a sportswear or performance‑brand environment.
• 7+ years of experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed, international organisations and to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovative, community‑driven marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership style.
