Intern in Internal Communications & Culture

About the role

Join Climeworks as an Intern in Internal Communications & Culture and help keep employees informed and engaged. You will work across multiple internal channels, supporting the creation and distribution of content that reflects the company’s values and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, publishing, and maintenance of content on the intranet, screens, internal brand portal, and other channels.
• Contribute to internal campaigns and storytelling initiatives that translate complex topics into engaging communication.
• Draft and coordinate employee announcements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and setting up company‑wide formats such as learning sessions, socials, and other engagement activities.
• Track channel reach and employee understanding, identify gaps, and help improve communication effectiveness over time.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, people & culture, sociology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an international, interdisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Canva, ScreenCloud, and Cloudinary.
• Basic video editing abilities (a plus).
