Global In-House HeadHunter (Remote)

About the role

Holcim is seeking a globally‑focused In‑House HeadHunter to lead the attraction of top‑tier talent for its most critical leadership positions. Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Management & Acquisition in Zug, Switzerland, you will manage a portfolio of the "Top 200" roles that drive the company’s global strategy. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Romania, Poland, Algeria, Morocco or Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Executive Sourcing: Own the end‑to‑end search for senior leadership roles, prioritising quality and strategic fit over speed.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior leaders, helping define success profiles and long‑term leadership needs.
• Integrated Talent Management: Support internal succession planning and workforce strategy for the Group’s top 200 leaders.
• Tech & Process Innovation: Drive evolution of hiring tools, leveraging SuccessFactors and AI technology to improve recruiter and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition for senior and executive positions, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
