Global Marketing Director, Oncology

About the role

GSK is seeking a Global Marketing Director to lead the launch of a first‑indication antibody drug conjugate in Small Cell Lung Cancer, driving global strategy across regions, medical, market access and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create evidence‑based marketing plans that align global priorities with regional needs under accelerated timelines.
• Translate clinical and real‑world evidence into compelling value propositions for healthcare professionals.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation to maximise ROI.
• Foster collaborative relationships with global and regional leadership to ensure alignment.
• Represent the brand at scientific and commercial meetings to capture insights and build credibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, including 3+ years leading brand strategy and cross‑functional launch planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated use of data and KPIs to drive commercial decisions.
