Global Procurement Manager Industrial Lifecycle

About the role

As a Global Procurement Manager for Industrial Lifecycle, you will lead AB InBev’s worldwide sourcing strategy for MRO and lifecycle management categories, covering spare parts, repairs, overhauls and inventory management. You will work closely with technical, maintenance and procurement teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive sustainable value across the company’s breweries and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO and lifecycle categories, aligning with business priorities and AB InBev objectives.
• Lead RFQ processes, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and manage framework contracts.
• Collaborate with Global Technical, Maintenance and Zone Procurement teams to define maintenance strategies and supplier selection.
• Provide market intelligence on supplier capabilities, cost drivers and emerging technologies to support data‑driven decisions.
• Lead initiatives to improve spare parts management, analytics and working‑capital governance across global operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global strategic sourcing or category management for industrial or MRO categories.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with technical, maintenance and procurement leaders.
