Growth & Operations Internship (6 months)

About the role

Aurigin.ai is looking for a proactive intern to support its Go‑to‑Market and Operations functions. You will work directly with the Head of GTM & Operations, gaining exposure to market research, marketing execution, AI‑driven workflow automation, and internal logistics in a fast‑moving deep‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitive, regulatory and customer research to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare marketing materials, manage outreach campaigns, distribute content and track engagement.
• Utilise AI tools and set up workflow automations (e.g., n8n, Claude) to improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, handle administrative tasks and help build lightweight processes for a small, agile team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in business, management, business‑technology or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure messy problems and produce clear reports.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily and eager to explore their limits.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in ambiguity and work independently.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Nice to have: experience in consulting, startups, fraud or tech sectors; familiarity with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay; experience building AI agents and workflow automation.
