About the role
We are looking for a (Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join a fast‑growing digital education platform serving over one million users. You will design, run and analyse A/B tests that boost acquisition, activation and retention for subscription‑based products.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and evaluate A/B tests across the full customer journey, from hypothesis to rollout.
- Maintain an experimentation roadmap prioritising impact, effort and learning potential.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality experiments.
- Use analytics, user research, UX insights and competitor analysis to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Drive measurable improvements in conversion, acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to teams and leadership.
- Help scale experimentation processes and increase testing velocity while ensuring quality.
Required profile
- 2‑4+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing or website optimisation.
- Proven track record of designing experiments that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Amplitude
- Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Convert (A/B testing platform)
- Hotjar or equivalent UX/research tools
