About the role

We are seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead the creative engine behind large‑scale paid media performance for multiple high‑growth consumer brands in Switzerland. This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth, translating data‑driven insights into compelling, high‑converting creative output.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of consumer brand clients.
  • Build, refine, and operationalise creative frameworks, playbooks and SOPs based on platform insights from Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, improving their ability to diagnose performance issues and generate high‑converting concepts.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end creative production process in partnership with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production and paid media execution for maximum impact.
  • Own creative onboarding for new clients, delivering early performance wins within the first 30 days.
  • Act as senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously analyse creative performance trends to identify optimisation and scaling opportunities.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably in a fast‑paced marketing or performance‑driven agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates, reduced CPA or significant revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in direct‑response marketing and paid‑social creative performance, especially on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong leadership experience developing high‑performing creative teams in a results‑oriented, high‑volume setting.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a talent for turning data insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
