About the role
Insignia is looking for a high‑calibre transformation leader to evolve its Executive Office into a modern, data‑driven Project Management Office (PMO) at Group level. This senior position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and delivery, turning traditional administrative coordination into a strategic engine that drives execution, accountability and cross‑functional alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a Group‑wide PMO framework, including methodology, governance and cadence.
- Define project lifecycle standards and establish prioritisation models aligned with business strategy.
- Partner with C‑level leaders to translate strategy into actionable programmes and oversee execution of high‑impact initiatives.
- Replace static reporting with dynamic dashboards, KPIs and real‑time decision‑making tools.
- Redesign leadership operating rhythm, ensuring meetings drive outcomes rather than just updates.
- Introduce and manage PM tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) to streamline workflows and automate reporting.
- Coach senior stakeholders on project‑management discipline and foster a proactive execution mindset.
Required profile
- 8–15+ years of experience in project/programme management, PMO leadership or strategy & operations.
- Proven track record of building or transforming a PMO at scale.
- Background in fast‑paced, high‑touch client environments such as luxury, fintech or consulting.
