Head of Immunology Global CE&O

About the role

The Head of Immunology, Global Customer Engagement & Operations (CE&O) will act as the senior CE&O partner for Biogen’s ex‑US Immunology portfolio, translating business priorities into operational and customer excellence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritisation and delivery of global CE&O Immunology requirements across regions and priority markets.
• Partner with franchise, regional and country stakeholders to define a strategic roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Drive business partnership through KPI monitoring, dashboards and risk assessments to inform leadership decisions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for CE&O requirements, providing strategic thought partnership to global and local leadership.
• Support launch readiness assessments, risk mitigation and governance to build capabilities and consistency.
• Lead and develop the International Immunology CMI team, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Senior commercial and customer excellence leader with recent Immunology experience, preferably with nephrology exposure.
• Proven ability to engage senior global, regional and market leaders and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong connector and listener, comfortable in both strategic and operational discussions.
• Experience across markets in both in‑market and above‑market roles.

Required skills

• BA/BS degree (MBA or advanced degree advantageous).
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, senior leadership level.
• Deep knowledge of customer excellence capabilities: insights, omnichannel, analytics, forecasting, digital solutions.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and change‑leadership abilities.
