Head of Sales EMEA (Remote)

About the role
MantaRisk is looking for a Regional Head of Sales to lead its commercial activities across the EMEA region. This senior position is fully remote and will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and expanding accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Build and convert a pipeline of wealth‑tech vendors, private banks, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and asset managers across the UK, Switzerland, France, DACH, Iberia, Italy, Middle East and South Africa.
- Run the full sales process: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close high‑value SaaS deals.
- Shape and execute EMEA go‑to‑market campaigns, including events, webinars and partnership initiatives.
- Represent MantaRisk at industry conferences such as Finovate Europe, WealthTech Live and Sibos.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay market feedback and influence roadmap.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling portfolio analytics, risk or PMS software to wealth‑management and asset‑management firms in EMEA.
- Established network of decision‑makers in key financial hubs (London, Zurich, Paris, Frankfurt, Dubai, Johannesburg, etc.).
- Track record of closing six‑figure SaaS or fintech contracts.
- Self‑starter comfortable working remotely with high autonomy.
- Fluent English; additional language (German, French, Italian, Arabic) is a strong plus.
