HR Business Partner

About the role

Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for multiple departments at Piaget’s headquarters. You will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees on key HR matters, helping to drive the People agenda and support the company’s continued success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on employee relations, engagement and HR policies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify recruitment needs and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Oversee performance management processes, coach managers and coordinate performance reviews.
• Lead talent and succession planning initiatives, including talent reviews and career development programs.
• Drive compensation reviews for the assigned population and design packages for new joiners.
• Support leaders through change and transformation projects with a people‑centric approach.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and mitigate related risks.
• Coach leaders on effective people management and talent development.
• Lead or contribute to transversal HR projects, collaborating with Centres of Expertise.
• Act as a culture ambassador, modelling and promoting Piaget’s values internally and externally.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and experienced HR professional.
• Strong ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Proven experience in HR partnership, talent management and compensation.
• Ability to navigate complex organisational change.
