About the role
As an HRIS Specialist you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Group HRIS platform (Workday). You will support and train users, ensure process efficiency and compliance, and help drive continuous improvement of the system.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, categorize and prioritize system issues and enhancement requests, working closely with HRIS L3, Group HR and Product Owners to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate change management and promote system adoption across the HR community.
- Create and maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation for all HRIS processes.
- Provide technical and functional support to Workday users, handling tickets through ServiceNow.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRIS role with proven Workday expertise.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong team spirit, willingness to share knowledge and ability to work independently.
