About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Lausanne office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for day‑to‑day HR operations and supporting our fast‑growing AI company.
Key responsibilities
- Administer daily HR processes, including recruitment support and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and update HR policies.
- Manage employee benefits programs and respond to HR‑related inquiries.
- Advise managers on personnel management and ensure compliance with Swiss labor regulations.
- Contribute to HR initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Experience with HR information systems and basic data reporting.
- Familiarity with local Swiss labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an HR specialist or similar role in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
