Independent Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services & Tech

About the role

Norman Alex, an international executive search firm, is seeking an Independent Recruitment Consultant to join its Geneva office. The role focuses on business development and talent acquisition within the Financial Services and Technology sectors, leveraging the firm’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new corporate clients in the target sectors.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for senior‑level positions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with the international team to ensure seamless candidate placement across Europe, the US and Latin America.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services or executive search.
• Proven track record of international business development.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages (German, Italian) are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Strong client acquisition and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes for senior roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
