About the role

Prosper With Grace is seeking a remote International Leadership Consultant based in Switzerland. As an independent professional partner, you will work with individuals who want greater clarity, confidence, leadership growth, and lifestyle alignment, guiding them through a structured development pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations focused on goals, strengths, and future direction.
• Support onboarding and mentorship for new participants.
• Guide individuals through leadership and personal development programmes.
• Participate in internationally organised online trainings, workshops, and leadership events.
• Leverage digital platforms to expand reach across Switzerland and globally.
• Facilitate conversations on mindset, emotional intelligence, leadership, and self‑development.
• Build meaningful relationships within a supportive international community.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust across cultures.
• Experience in consulting, leadership, mentoring, education, coaching, wellness, HR, or similar client‑facing environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage remote professional interactions.
• Genuine interest in leadership, personal growth, and lifestyle design.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with ongoing professional and personal development.
