International Sales Director – Biometrics & Digital Identity

About the role

Credence ID, following a successful capital raise and integration with the Identis Group, is expanding its global sales footprint in the biometric and digital identity market. Reporting directly to the CEO, the International Sales Director will own a direct sales quota, work closely with Identis’ partner network, and close multimillion‑dollar enterprise and government deals across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑velocity growth by hunting and securing large enterprise, banking and government contracts worldwide.
• Leverage Identis Group’s established global accounts to warm new territories and bypass procurement obstacles.
• Present tier‑one reference deployments to establish credibility and accelerate sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Identis sales teams to bundle Credence ID’s mobile biometric platforms with existing infrastructure.
• Lead complex international tenders, RFPs and large‑scale identity programs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical scoping to negotiation and contract signing.

Required profile

• Proven aggressive enterprise hunter with a track record of closing large international deals.
• Deep knowledge of biometrics and digital identity solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively and conduct face‑to‑face negotiations.
• Strong negotiation skills with multi‑stakeholder, government and banking procurement processes.
• Excellent CRM discipline and data‑driven pipeline management.
