Internship – Distribution & Payment Strategy

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking team that is reshaping airline distribution and payment processes in a digital environment. As an intern you will support the transformation team, contribute to strategic projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of distribution and payment strategies.
• Create communication material for knowledge management across the global sales organization.
• Conduct benchmarking, trend research and competitive analysis in airline distribution.
• Collaborate closely with Global Sales & Digital Retailing stakeholders.
• Organise events, team off‑sites and support project planning to execution.
• Provide PMO support for project teams and handle day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent program in Business, Economics, IT or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital technology and aviation industry trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex interdependencies.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English; willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
