Investment Director – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process for a Dubai‑based firm with a global, diversified portfolio. This remote, high‑autonomy position blends deep market knowledge with rigorous operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on investment opportunities across strategies and geographies, evaluating performance, risk metrics, and team capabilities.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, maintain trackers, and produce comprehensive investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Monitor macroeconomic data, central‑bank policy, and geopolitical developments to generate scenario analyses and actionable insights.
• Maintain regular contact with managers to assess strategy evolution and portfolio stability.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in investment management, research, portfolio management, or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong written communication skills and proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Bloomberg terminal usage.
• R programming (preferred).
• SQL querying (preferred).
