iOS Software Engineer

About the role

CompanyA1 is building a proactive AI smart assistant that brings intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, and workflows. As an iOS Software Engineer you will own the iOS client experience, ensuring that AI interactions feel reliable, responsive, and trustworthy in users’ hands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a production‑grade iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate AI‑powered features through backend APIs, handling streaming responses, loading states, retries and fallbacks.
• Optimize performance, memory usage and battery efficiency while supporting low‑latency, multi‑step reasoning.
• Capture user signals and feedback to support AI evaluation and iteration.
• Collaborate with backend and machine‑learning engineers on API design and system behavior.
• Maintain high App Store quality, stability and production reliability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience with Swift.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI‑powered features into mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of async/await, concurrency and background tasks.
• Proven ability to ship and maintain production iOS apps.
• Comfort designing for latency, partial failure and non‑deterministic AI behavior.
