IT Recruitment Manager – Basel

About the role

Experis Basel is seeking an energetic, business‑driven manager to own a strong regional client base and elevate the team’s performance. You will lead a multicultural recruitment team, drive contracting growth, and expand permanent hiring activities in the Basel tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop an international team (Spain, India, Ukraine) to achieve high performance.
• Actively engage existing clients, identify new opportunities and translate needs into tailored recruitment solutions.
• Own the contracting portfolio for Basel, expanding business and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Oversee recruitment operations, monitor performance metrics and financial results.
• Support bid processes, contribute to competitive proposals and guarantee compliance with Swiss labour law.

Required profile

• Strong background in tech recruitment, especially contracting.
• Experience in the pharma/chemical market is a plus.
• Sales‑driven, farming‑oriented mindset with proven ability to win business.
• Leadership experience or participation in a leadership development program.
• Ability to lead diverse, international teams.
• Fluent English; German helpful but not required.
