Junior Business Manager (Pharma / Biotech / Medtech)

About the role

As a Junior Business Manager at agap2 Switzerland you will lead your own profit centre within the Life Science sector. You will build long‑term client relationships, recruit engineering talent and manage a team of consultants, all while developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in Pharma, Biotech and Medtech, define and execute sales strategies.
• Lead business meetings with key decision‑makers and negotiate contract terms.
• Define engineering projects and services to offer industrial partners.
• Design recruitment strategies, conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment life‑cycle.
• Build, lead and develop a team of engineering consultants, ensuring client and consultant satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• 0‑3 years of experience, strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship and engineering.
• Native or bilingual German speaker and fluent English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
