Junior Commercial Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Junior Commercial Assistant to support executives, managers and stakeholders in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role offers exposure to projects across several European countries and interaction with major FMCG manufacturers and retail chains.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and follow up on various projects across European markets.
• Conduct analysis, reporting and action-point follow-up for the commercial team.
• Maintain continuous communication between FMCG multinationals and major European retail chains, fostering strong partnerships.
• Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, travel arrangements, event coordination and handling correspondence.
• Follow up on unpaid client invoices.
• Replenish office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required profile

• Open-minded with strong social skills, accurate, responsible and proactive.
• Experience working with large databases and comfort with numbers.
• Very good English and French; German is a plus.
• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s) and 0.5–2 years of administrative/commercial experience in Switzerland.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland and residence in the country.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
