Junior Consultant Relations Associate – Remote (US)

About the role

Nutrium is seeking a Junior Consultant Relations Associate to help expand its Nutrium Care offering across the U.S. benefits market. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates starting their career in consultant relations or employee‑benefits sales, offering mentorship and the chance to shape how the company engages with consultants nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, enabling them to champion Nutrium Care to their clients.
• Conduct outreach, follow‑ups and ongoing communication to position Nutrium Care as a trusted wellbeing solution.
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align efforts, share market intelligence and support shared revenue goals.
• Represent Nutrium at industry conferences and networking events to increase brand visibility.
• Identify new consultant opportunities and deepen existing relationships to grow the sales pipeline.
• Gather feedback on market trends and consultant needs, and relay insights to internal teams to refine the U.S. strategy.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to learn fast in a consultative sales environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working remotely.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and events as needed.
