Junior iOS Software Engineer

About the role

Join HolidayCheck’s growing mobile team as a Junior iOS Software Engineer. You will help shape the next generation travel app that guides millions of users through personalized holiday planning, leveraging modern technologies and emerging AI features.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior iOS and Android developers in a cross‑functional squad.
• Develop, test, and release new features for the HolidayCheck iOS application.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous integration / continuous deployment pipelines.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into functional code.
• Explore and prototype AI‑driven use cases and other emerging mobile technologies.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Self‑motivated attitude with ownership of tasks and willingness to receive feedback.
• Interest in travel‑tech products and delivering reliable user experiences.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Swift and iOS development.
• Understanding of software build processes and testing principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
• Awareness of APIs and AI concepts.
