Junior Sales – B2B Food Industry (60-100%)

About the role

Niatsu is a cleantech Data‑as‑a‑Service startup helping food companies measure and reduce emissions across their supply chains. As a Junior Sales professional you will own a brand‑new pipeline, reach out to potential clients across Europe, and turn conversations into contracts from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound outreach strategies, including LinkedIn, email and cold‑calling.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle for food‑industry clients outside Switzerland, from first contact to signed contract.
• Leverage existing networks to create strategic partnerships and grow accounts from zero to significant revenue.
• Collaborate with the founders on go‑to‑market strategy and large‑account negotiations.
• Prepare sales materials, support event and webinar organization for prospects.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious and resilient – you do not take “no” for an answer.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Passion for sustainability, climate action and food systems.
• Background in business, economics, sustainability or a related field.
