Junior Sales – Build Your Own Pipeline in Cleantech

About the role

Niatsu is a cleantech Data-as-a-Service startup helping food companies reduce emissions in their supply chains. As a Junior Sales professional you will own your sales pipeline from day one, reaching out to potential clients across Europe and turning conversations into contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound strategies using LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Build, nurture, and close a pipeline of food‑industry clients outside Switzerland.
• Leverage existing networks to create strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with founders on go‑to‑market strategy and large account negotiations.
• Prepare sales materials and support founders in various tasks.
• Plan and execute events or webinars for prospective clients.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious and resilient – you don’t take “no” for an answer.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for selling.
• Passion for sustainability, climate action and food systems.
• Background in business, economics, sustainability or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland.
