Junior Sales Manager – Bern Region

About the role

Worldline is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities in the Bern region. You will focus on medium and large enterprises, helping them choose the right payment solutions for both face‑to‑face and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a new client portfolio in the Bern area.
• Identify and approach prospects through cold calling and database research.
• Visit medium and large prospects regularly to present payment solutions.
• Follow up on inbound leads and negotiate contracts.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Participate in networking events and industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong passion for sales with perseverance and resilience.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate administration of sales activities.
• Result‑driven team player able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
