Junior Sales Manager – Luzern Region

About the role

Worldline is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to develop a new client portfolio in the Luzern region. You will advise medium and large businesses on their payment needs, both face‑to‑face and e‑commerce, and help them adopt Worldline’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities with medium and large enterprises in the Luzern area.
• Visit prospects regularly and present payment solutions tailored to their needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling and database research, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure smooth hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Participate in networking events and represent Worldline at industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong passion for sales with perseverance and resilience.
• Detail‑oriented administration and follow‑up of sales activities.
• Result‑driven team player able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
