Key Account Manager – Dental Industry

About the role

We are partnering with an international dental manufacturer to expand its presence across German‑speaking Switzerland. As a Key Account Manager you will lead commercial growth, build strategic relationships with dental professionals, and promote a premium portfolio of dental products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with dentists, specialists, dental groups and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with distributor partners on joint visits, product education and commercial planning.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and educational presentations.
• Identify new opportunities through market analysis and territory planning.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline and reporting in the company CRM.
• Represent the business at exhibitions, congresses, study clubs and industry events.
• Work closely with marketing, customer service and international commercial teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Based in German‑speaking Switzerland with a strong understanding of the local dental market.
• 5+ years of experience in the dental industry, preferably in sales, key‑account management or business development.
• Established relationships across the Swiss dental market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and able to manage a field‑based territory independently.
• Full driving licence.
