Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive the country’s sales performance through strategic channel management and agent oversight. The role will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of sales targets, pricing structures and distributor relationships to ensure market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve country Sales Index (SI) and Sales Target (ST) goals, develop agent and sales target plans, and manage agent selection, pricing systems and rebates.
• Plan and communicate channel strategies for new product launches, monitor distributor orders and store deliveries, and design the country channel structure, responsibilities and sales models.
• Oversee Product Sales Inventory (PSI) management, sales forecasting and Days of Supply (DOS) monitoring for agents and channels; create customer tiering and grading processes and handle promotions and demotions.
• Manage country channel budgets, act as internal control leader, identify channel risk points and establish standards for joint marketing, rebates, price protection, temporary incentives and settlements.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills with fluency.
• Strong sales aptitude, self‑motivation and a fast learning ability.
• Risk awareness with the ability to spot channel risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Effective team collaboration.
• Preferably more than five years of experience in the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) sector.
• Existing channel relationships with major retailers such as Costco or Walmart are a plus.
