Key Account Manager Switzerland

About the role

TCL Electronics is seeking a Key Account Manager to accelerate growth in the Swiss consumer electronics market. The role is remote/home‑office based in Switzerland and reports to the Head of Key Account Management. You will develop strategic partnerships with major retailers and distributors across TV, audio, home appliance and small domestic appliance categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned key accounts in Switzerland.
• Manage and grow existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, rebates and promotional plans.
• Drive sales targets, market‑share growth and profitability.
• Prepare forecasts, budgeting and business planning activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement trade marketing and in‑store activation programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
• Analyse sales data to optimise results and provide market intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful Key Account Management experience in consumer electronics or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss retail landscape and consumer electronics market.
• Proven track record managing national retail accounts and delivering measurable growth.
• Existing network and relationships with major Swiss retailers, distributors and buying groups.
