Lead Apparel Graphic Designer

About the role

This graphic apparel design opportunity will lead the visual direction for high‑performance athlete and lifestyle apparel. The role combines a detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for cultural relevance and innovation, playing a key part in On’s performance success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead graphic presentations with internal and external partners.
• Research imagery, colour composition, detailing and brand direction for collections.
• Sketch and create quick visual concepts, including 3D mock‑ups.
• Develop graphic tech packs and detailed artwork for the development team.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, innovation and Asian partners.
• Source innovative, upscale materials and trims to elevate graphics.
• Champion and continuously improve graphic processes.
• Set and achieve goals to boost individual and team productivity.
• Travel to visit partners and vendors worldwide.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design.
• Minimum of 9 years experience in apparel graphic design, preferably in performance sportswear.
• Strong technical knowledge of print techniques, material graphics, storytelling and branding.
• Broad market awareness and sense of contemporary cultural shifts.
• Structured, hands‑on attitude with flexibility for visionary solutions.
• International experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English.
